Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily execution of residential interior projects, including 2BHK and 3BHK flats.
Coordinate carpenters, electricians, painters, civil workers and other site vendors.
Manage modular kitchen, wardrobe, furniture, false ceiling, electrical and painting work.
Read 2D drawings and follow approved 3D designs, measurements and specifications.
Monitor material delivery, labour attendance, workmanship and site quality.
Maintain project timelines and coordinate with the design team.
Conduct regular site inspections and share daily progress updates with management.
Identify site issues and resolve them promptly in coordination with the team.
Coordinate with clients professionally during site execution.
Candidate Requirements
13 years of experience in interior site supervision or residential interior execution.
Practical knowledge of carpentry, modular furniture, civil work and finishing.
Ability to read interior drawings and understand site measurements.
Positive labour management, communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, punctual and capable of handling site work independently.
Willingness to travel to project sites across Pune.
