Roles and Responsibilities
Provide technical support for ERP systems, including hardware networking and network troubleshooting.
Install, configure, and maintain ERP software on various operating systems (OS) such as Windows Server & SQL Server.
Troubleshoot issues related to ERP system performance, data integrity, and user access permissions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues affecting business operations.
Develop documentation for IT processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
