Role & responsibilities :
Welcome and greet prospective customers visiting the project site and ensure a professional first impression.
Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and property expectations.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer interactions and effective lead handovers.
Manage customer registrations, walk-in records, and visitor databases accurately.
Schedule and coordinate site visits, appointments, and follow-up meetings.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update relevant details in the system.
Ensure the reception and customer interaction areas are presentable and welcoming.
Address basic customer queries and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
Follow up with prospective customers, wherever required, to gather feedback and support the sales process.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and satisfactory site visit experience.
Adhere to company policies, customer service standards,



and skilled conduct guidelines.

Educational Qualifications and Experience :
Candidates who have completed their HSC or are pursuing/completed graduation may apply.
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, front office, or real estate will be an added advantage.
Candidates should possess positive communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Candidates must be comfortable working at real estate project sites.
