Job Description:
57 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
Strong experience in building REST APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks. FastAPI is preferred.
Solid experience with Message Queue RabitMQ is preferred
Solid experience with ORM frameworks, including SQLAlchemy, and database migration tools such as Alembic.
Experience in writing clean, maintainable, scalable, high-performance code and unit testing.
Deep understanding of Pythons multi-threading, multi-processing, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization techniques.
Hands-on experience in Prompt engineering, vibe coding, using AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot,



Cursor AI, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar coding assistants.
Ability to review, validate, and optimize AI-generated code while ensuring maintainability, security, and performance standards.
Experience and knowledge of SDLC and agile framework. Nice to have skills
Exposure to up-to-date engineering platforms such as Harness / Specification-Driven Development (SDD).
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating AI/LLM-based services into applications
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with Docker and containerized application development.
Experience with Redis or other caching mechanisms.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
