We are looking for experienced specialists to join our Commercial Refrigerator Division.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in Production or Shift Management.
Candidates with a Refrigerator / Refrigeration manufacturing background will be preferred.
Male candidates preferred.

Interested candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Role & responsibilities
Plan for daily, weekly production order completion to achieve market demand.
Responsible for production on time as per OPSI model mix.
Reduce the daily SFRN Cost and Plan for SFRN cost reduction and work for small improvements in the plant.
Set and Effective implementation of SOPs and Maintain all ISO, IMS related documents




Maintain the quality parameters of the product and process and effective implementation of system and to reduce the customer complaints and improve FTR & RTY.
Improve the daily 6S in the Plant, Focus on
Ensure no COGI to be occurred on daily basis.
My machine concept in all dept. to be ensured for effective utilization of all machinery in the plant
Monthly SFG PSV management & gap analysis if any.
Cross functional working to be ensured and Coordination with other support departments for smooth production.
EP and social distance management on shop floor.

Cross functional Audit conduction in each area.
