Duties and Responsibilities as a Solution Architect
Provide technical support to existing customers and pre-sales prospects via phone, email, Microsoft Teams, or AnyDesk.
Handle all pre-sales technical queries and assist in solution demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Deliver in office and online product training sessions as assigned by the manager.
Execute custom development and implementation projects assigned by the manager.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare technical documentation and support materials when required.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Robust technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain technology effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong presentation and customer-facing skills.
Positive problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Convincing and negotiation skills.
Patient, professional, and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Technical background is preferred.
