Role & responsibilities
Assist the Senior Site Engineer in supervising daily construction activities.
Review construction drawings and follow approved plans, specifications, and instructions.
Monitor work done by site workers and subcontractors to ensure it meets project requirements.
Take site measurements and help prepare quantity and progress records.
Check materials delivered to site and report any shortages or quality concerns.
Support quality inspections and report defective or incomplete work to the Senior Site Engineer.
Help track daily progress and report delays, site issues, or resource requirements.
Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project team members.
Maintain daily site reports, photographs, measurement records, and other project documents.




Follow site safety rules and promptly report unsafe conditions or incidents.
Carry out other site-related duties assigned by the Senior Site Engineer or Project Manager.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering; freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of civil construction, construction drawings, and site activities.
Willingness to work at the project site and learn under the guidance of senior staff.
Valuable communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
Responsible, punctual, organized, and safety-conscious.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
Able to work in office and adapt to project requirements.
