Responsibilities
Perform research on current benchmark trends to shortlist target customers / prospects
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Follow and achieve departments sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

Go the extra mile to drive sales
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options

Cross sell products




Team up with co-workers to assist in Lead Generation and follow-up on closing the leads
Build productive trust relationships with customers
Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the stores design)

Required
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of B2B marketing, SaaS, sales presentations, and lead generation.
Experience or understanding of email marketing for client outreach.
Ability to research and analyze market trends.
A proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset.
