Roles and Responsibility
Manage and process customer orders from receipt to cash application.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and billing to customers.
Resolve customer complaints and issues related to orders and invoices.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and resolution.
Analyze and report on order performance metrics and trends.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Job Requirements
Fluency in Spanish (spoken, read, and written) is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of Excel and accounting principles.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
