About the Role

RCV Technologies is looking for a Finance Manager who can take ownership of financial operations, reporting, compliance, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS
Handle budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and variance analysis
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and reconciliations
Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other stakeholders
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
Develop and strengthen financial controls and processes
Provide management with financial insights and business analysis
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency
Support financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making
Ensure timely month-end and year-end account closures

What We re Looking For




3 5 years of relevant experience in Finance Accounting
Solid understanding of accounting principles and taxation
Hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations, and audits
Solid knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS
Advanced MS Excel skills Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.
Experience with accounting software / ERP systems
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT services, technology, digital marketing, SaaS, or service-based organizations
Experience in management reporting and financial analysis
Exposure to financial modelling and business forecasting
Knowledge of Power BI or other BI/reporting tools
