Qualifications Required:
1 - 3 years of experience
Spanish proficiency (Reading, writing & speaking)
B.A. / B.S. majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management
Proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Solid understanding of fundamental accounting and finance principles
Solid oral and written communication skills, including excellent presentation skills
Ability to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a team
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a rapid-paced workplace
Ability to "think outside the box" while identifying problems and developing creative solutions
Preferred:
Experience working in a financial analysis role
Experience with MS Access and MS Project applications
