Yama Constructions LLP is looking for a highly experienced and responsible Materials Procurement Officer Quality Inspection & Audit for its Waterways Construction Project. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in construction material procurement, supplier management, quality inspection, inventory control, and material auditing

Role & responsibilities :
Manage the procurement of construction materials and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate prices, and maintain supplier databases.
Inspect incoming construction materials to ensure compliance with approved specifications and quality standards.
Conduct material audits, physical stock verification, and procurement audits.




Verify material test certificates, inspection reports, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
Monitor inventory levels and identify stock discrepancies, shortages, wastage, and unauthorized material usage.
Coordinate with site engineers, quality control teams, storekeepers, and project management.
Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, consumption, and stock balances.
Prepare procurement reports, quality inspection reports, audit findings, and stock reconciliation statements.
