You will lead quality for products used across web, mobile and a range of devices. You will set the testing approach, build the automation framework, and guide a team of QA engineers working closely with developers and compliance stakeholders.

What you ll do
Own the test strategy covering manual, exploratory and automated testing.
Build and maintain automated regression suites, plus performance benchmarks.
Plan and run cross-device and cross-browser testing (mobile, tablet, desktop).
Produce traceable test evidence and reports for audits and release sign-offs.
Mentor QA engineers and embed quality practices into CI/CD pipelines.

What we re looking for
Seven or more years in QA, with solid manual and automation experience.
Proven experience leading test strategy and mentoring a team.




Experience with automation frameworks (such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or Appium) and CI/CD integration.
Nice to have: security testing experience (OWASP, vulnerability scanning, penetration test coordination).
Nice to have: experience testing AI/ML models (output evaluation, bias and hallucination checks, regression of model behavior).
