IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Senior HR leadership experience in IT Services, Technology, Engineering Services or Consulting.

Proven track record in organisational transformation, change management and business scaling.

Robust expertise in HR strategy, organisation design, leadership development and strategic workforce planning.

Experience working with global stakeholders and supporting international business operations.

Robust commercial acumen, strategic thinking and the ability to translate business priorities into impactful people initiatives.
