PowerBI Reporting:
Study, analyze and understand business requirements in context to business intelligence.
Design, develop and maintain enterprise-quality Power BI dashboards, reports and semantic models.
Build scalable data models using star-schema principles.
Develop advanced DAX measures, calculated columns, KPIs and analytical metrics.
Perform complex data preparation and transformation using Power Query/M.
Integrate data from Excel, databases, SharePoint and other enterprise data sources.
Optimize Power BI models and reports for performance, scalability and usability.
Provide technical guidance on multi-dimensional data modeling, advanced DAX, many-to-many relationships, DAX variables, visualization standards, and performance optimization.
Own solutions across the BI lifecycle from requirement gathering through development, testing, deployment and production support.
Understanding of the key components of PowerBI - Data Integration, Data Processing, Data Presentation
Develop robust data documentation about algorithms, parameters,



models
Excel Reporting and VBA:
Design and maintain advanced Excel-based reporting and analytical solutions using formulas, PivotTables, PivotCharts and Power Query.
Develop VBA/macros and automation to streamline data consolidation, cleansing, validation and report generation.
Troubleshoot and optimize complex Excel, VBA and data-quality issues.
Drive standardization and migration of manual Excel processes to scalable Power BI/enterprise solutions.
Mentor team members and establish best practices for Excel, Power Query and VBA development.
