Role & responsibilities
Responsible for Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
Responsible for Breakdown Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Responsible for Downtime Reduction & Breakdown Control
Conduct RCA for every breakdown exceeding 20 minutes & & Corrective Action
Identify and implement Kaizen, machine modifications, upgrades and improvement projects related to 4M
Responsible for Spare Parts & Resource Management
Allocate Maintenance Team & Resource as per requirement
Ensure Safety, Health & Workplace
Ensure accurate and updated Maintenance Records & Documentation
Ensure that temporary repairs or bypass arrangements are properly identified and make permanent Corrective Action
Responsible for 6S & Workplace Management
Monitor and handle Equipment Reliability & Asset Management




Responsible for Daily Maintenance Control & Shift Management
Responsible for Production Coordination
Escalation & Decision-Making
Responsible for Continuous Improvement & Cost Optimization
Responsible for handling Engineering Store, Stock and spares management
Responsible to Setting and maintain VFD, Amplifier., PLC, robots and I/O

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge about VFD, Amplifier., PLC, robots and I/O.

Candidate should be handling the Team

Qualification -Diploma or degree in Electricals /Electronics

Experience - 8 to 13 Years
