Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Counsel students and explain course details.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain lead records and achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:
13 years of experience in admission counselling or education sales.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Experience in lead management and follow-ups.
Ability to work towards targets.
