About the Role

V3 Staffing is looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions. The ideal candidate should have good sourcing skills, candidate screening experience, and the ability to coordinate interviews and close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical requirements.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and assess candidates against job descriptions.
Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate skills, experience, communication, and salary expectations.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Work towards recruitment targets and timely position closures.

Required Skills
Experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition.




Understanding of IT skills such as Java, .NET, Python, SQL, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, and other technical roles.
Valuable sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize urgent positions.
Self-discipline and time management to work effectively in a remote workplace.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for IT services companies, product companies, or GCC clients.
Familiarity with full-time, contract, and C2H hiring.
Experience working with recruitment ATS tools and candidate trackers.
