About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Professional with 7+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IT Infrastructure hiring and the ability to manage multiple positions, stakeholders, and recruitment priorities independently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and IT Infrastructure positions.
Source and attract candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Handle hiring for IT Infrastructure technologies and profiles such as Networking, Network Security, Cloud, Data Centre, Servers, Storage, System Administration, Cybersecurity, and related technologies.
Understand technical requirements and effectively screen candidates based on skills, experience, and role suitability.
Conduct initial candidate screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and offer negotiations.
Work closely with Hiring Managers, Business Heads, and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and close positions within defined timelines.




Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Handle multiple and critical/priority positions simultaneously.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and regular hiring reports.
Manage offer rollouts, joining formalities, and candidate follow-ups until onboarding.
Support volume hiring as well as niche/technical hiring requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies
7+ years of solid experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Mandatory experience in IT Infrastructure recruitment.
Strong understanding of technical profiles and IT Infrastructure skill sets.
Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, and social media recruitment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage recruitment targets.
Strong negotiation, follow-up, and candidate management skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and deadline-driven workplace.

Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in HR or a related specialization will be an added advantage.
