Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Land Executive to handle land acquisition, landowner coordination, property documentation, and land-related legal formalities for our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Land identification and acquisition.
Land records verification and document scrutiny.
Coordination with landowners, brokers, legal teams, and government authorities.
Handling land agreements, deeds, mutation, and registration.
Negotiation and maintenance of land-related records.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in land acquisition or real estate.
Valuable knowledge of land records and property documentation.
Robust negotiation and communication skills.
