Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls.
Assist US and UK customers with queries and concerns.
Maintain qualified communication and customer satisfaction.
Follow process guidelines and meet quality standards.
Selection Criteria: English fluency, listening comprehension, customer-handling skills, and flexibility for rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
