Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical evaluation and valuation of residential, commercial, and plotted properties offered as collateral.
Assess market value, realizable value, and risk associated with underlying assets for retail mortgage loans.
Review and validate valuation reports submitted by empaneled valuers and technical agencies.
Evaluate under-construction projects and provide insights on project progress, feasibility, and associated risks.
Support underwriting and credit teams with technical due diligence inputs for loan approval.
Identify property-related risks and recommend mitigation measures to safeguard loan portfolios.
Monitor local real estate market trends, property price movements, and regulatory developments across assigned geographies.
Ensure compliance with internal valuation policies, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
Build solid relationships with valuers, technical consultants, developers, and internal stakeholders.
