Blueprint & Setup Verification: Double-check formwork stability, correct rebar placement, and dimensions against engineering drawings before any concrete is poured.
Crew & Equipment Management: Direct workers in office and coordinate the accurate timing of concrete truck deliveries and pump operations.
Pour & Compaction Oversight: Monitor the pouring process and ensure mechanical vibrators are used correctly to eliminate air pockets and structural defects.
In office Quality Control: Test concrete consistency (slump test), monitor weather impacts, and stop the pour immediately if safety or material quality is compromised.
Curing & Finish Protection: Supervise the final surface finishing and ensure proper moisture/temperature curing to prevent structural cracking.
Daily Documentation: Record exact poured volumes, delivery times, material test results, and safety logs for project compliance.
