Job Summary

Transline Technologies Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support finance operations. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records, vouchers, and financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Prepare and process invoices, payment entries, and expense records.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain purchase, sales, and general ledger entries.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
Support monthly closing, financial reporting, and account finalisation.
Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding payments and outstanding balances.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.




Assist with audits and provide supporting documents as required.

Candidate Profile
B.Com. or a relevant degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
2 4 years of experience in accounting and finance operations.
Valuable understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial documentation.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or similar ERP systems.
Solid attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organisational skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
