Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct client meetings and requirement-gathering sessions.
Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with development, QA, and solution architecture teams.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
Support UAT, defect resolution, and change management.
Ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered as expected.

Required Skills
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects.




Solid experience in requirements gathering and functional documentation.
Proven client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.
Positive understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar tools is preferred.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Work Location: Habsiguda, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from Office 5 days a week
