Position: Gas Engineer – LNG STS & Offshore Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a Gas Engineer to support LNG Ship-to-Ship (STS) transfer operations, LNG terminal activities and offshore vessel operations, ensuring safe and effective handling of gas-related systems and operations.

Key Responsibilities
Support LNG STS transfer and offshore operations.
Monitor gas levels, conduct gas measurements and ensure proper functioning of gas detection equipment.
Assist with LNG loading, unloading and vapour return operations.
Conduct safety inspections and participate in risk assessments and toolbox talks.
Identify and report gas leaks, operational hazards and unsafe conditions.
Coordinate with vessel crews, terminal personnel and offshore teams.




Maintain gas monitoring records and operational documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures and regulations.

Qualifications & Experience
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Marine Engineering or a relevant technical field.
Experience in LNG terminals, LNG vessels, STS or offshore operations preferred.
Knowledge of gas detection equipment, LNG systems and gas safety procedures.
Relevant Gas Safety / LNG / STS training and certifications preferred.
Willingness to travel and work at offshore locations and LNG terminals.
