Role Description The PGT Physics role is a full time, in office position based in Lucknow. The educator will plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons aligned with the school curriculum, ensuring conceptual clarity and practical understanding for senior secondary students. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom instruction and lab activities, assigning and evaluating assessments, and providing academic support to learners. The role also involves maintaining student records, participating in faculty meetings, supporting exam preparation, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the science program.



The PGT Physics educator is expected to foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment and promote interest in Physics through projects, demonstrations, and co-curricular activities.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in core Physics concepts and applications.
Knowledge of Radiation and its principles, with an emphasis on safety and practical relevance.
Exposure to Theoretical Physics and its role in explaining physical phenomena.
Understanding of Medical Physics concepts and real-world interdisciplinary connections.
Demonstrated experience or formal training in Physics Education and pedagogy.
Master’s degree in Physics or a closely related field; B.Ed. or equivalent teacher training preferred.
Prior experience teaching Physics at senior secondary level (CBSE/ICSE/State Board) is an advantage.
Ability to design experiments, use laboratory equipment safely, and integrate technology into teaching.
Robust classroom management, communication, and mentoring skills.
