Key Responsibilitie
s:Source and identify qualified IT candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, social media, and internal database
s.Screen candidates through phone calls and video interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fi
t.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client
s.Negotiate compensation, perks, and contract terms with candidate
s.Maintain robust relationships with candidates for future hiring need
s.Ensure compliance with US work authorization (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC,



and USC hiring processes
).Work closely with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver top talen
