Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition and retention campaigns across MoEngage, Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google for app installs, leads, conversions, and remarketing.
Coordinate with product, tech, analytics, and design teams for campaign execution and tracking implementation.




Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, audience targeting, landing pages, and communication journeys.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for scale and optimization .
2–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, CRM Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
~ Hands-on execution experience on:
Google Ads
Prior experience in fintech, consumer tech, or app-first businesses is a plus.

Familiarity with push notifications, WhatsApp, email, and in-app communication strategies
Experience working with app events, SDK tracking, and marketing automation
