Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Safely drive company vehicles for office-related duties.
Transport staff, visitors, and management as required.
Deliver and collect office documents, parcels, and supplies.
Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs according to schedules.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform daily checks (fuel, oil, tires, brakes).
Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately.
Ensure vehicle documents (insurance, registration, permits) are valid.
Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Assist with basic office errands when required.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications
Valid driving license.
Minimum [5] years of driving experience.




Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
Clean driving record.
Physically fit and able to work flexible schedule if needed.
Basic communication skills.
Punctual, honest, and dependable.

Working Conditions
Working 6 days per week.
Occasional overtime may be required.
Outdoor driving in varying weather conditions.
