This role is hands-on and embedded within our Adobe Creative Suite–based production setting, focusing on improving efficiency, reducing manual effort, and enabling scalable media operations.The ideal candidate has strong experience in Adobe scripting, Python development, API integrations,



and RPA/workflow automation tools, with prior exposure to media, content, or digital asset workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy workflow and process automation solutions to support content production and business operationsBuild automations directly within Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, etc.)Develop and maintain Adobe scripts using:ExtendScriptUXPAdobe APIsCreate Python-based automation scripts for:Workflow orchestrationAPI integrationsReporting and data processingIntegrate Adobe tools with DAM, CMS, cloud platforms, and third‑party services using REST APIsImplement RPA solutions using tools such as:Microsoft Power AutomateUiPathZapier or similar platformsAutomate asset routing, file handling, metadata updates, publishing, and reportingCollaborate with creative, production, and operations teams to identify automation opportunitiesMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automations for performance and reliabilityDocument workflows, scripts, and automation logic for maintainability and knowledge sharingRequired Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills2–7 years of experience in workflow/process automation or scripting rolesStrong hands-on experience with Adobe Scripting (ExtendScript, UXP, Adobe APIs)Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and API integrationsExperience with workflow automation / RPA tools, such as:Power AutomateUiPathZapierOther low-code/no-code automation platformsSolid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and authentication mechanismsExperience automating media workflows, creative operations, or digital asset managementFamiliarity with version control systems (Git preferredNice to HaveExperience in media production, publishing, marketing operations, or creative studiosExposure to DAM, CMS, or MAM systemsKnowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Basic understanding of JavaScript/Node.jsExperience with workflow monitoring, logging, or reporting systemsWhy work here:At WPP Production, you’ll help shape the future of content production at a truly global scale.
