Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced skilled to manage dispatch operations, logistics, transportation, and supply chain coordination at our Pantnagar facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily dispatch planning and ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, sales, and transporters for smooth operations.
- Handle vehicle planning, transporter management, freight negotiation, and logistics cost control.
- Ensure accuracy of invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and dispatch documentation.
- Monitor inventory movement, shipment tracking, and order fulfillment.




- Prepare dispatch MIS reports and monitor on-time delivery and logistics KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and applicable statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in a relevant discipline; MBA in SCM/Logistics preferred.
- 79 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, and supply chain operations, preferably in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP, MS Excel, GST documentation, and transportation management.
- Strong coordination, analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
