About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as a CRM Executive. The candidate will work closely with the CEO and management team, supporting day-to-day operational activities, reporting, data management, and internal coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who has positive communication skills, a basic understanding of business operations, and an interest in working with data, reports, and management processes. The candidate should be comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and willing to learn how different departments function.

What You'll Do

- Maintain and update operational data, trackers, and reports across departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Collect, consolidate, and organise data from different teams.
- Monitor task allocation, progress, pending activities, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to collect regular updates.
- Track operational performance and highlight discrepancies or delays.




- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates across reporting sheets.
- Assist in preparing dashboards and management reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely communication of updates.
- Work closely with the CEO on reporting requirements and operational coordination.
- Understand internal workflows and support improvements in reporting and operational processes.

What We're Looking For

- Fresh graduates from BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, or related backgrounds.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Understanding of basic data management, reporting, and documentation.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical abilities.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
