Job Responsibilities

1. General Ledger (GL) Accounting

- Record daily financial transactions in SAP.
- Prepare journal entries and adjustment entries.
- Perform GL account reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate financial records.

2. Accounts Payable (AP)

- Process vendor invoices and payments in SAP.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts.
- Reconcile vendor accounts.
- Monitor outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies.

3. Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Generate customer invoices and credit notes.
- Record customer receipts and allocate payments.
- Follow up on overdue customer balances.
- Reconcile customer accounts.

4. Bank Reconciliation

- Reconcile bank statements with SAP records.
- Identify and resolve differences in bank transactions.
- Record bank charges, interest, and other adjustments.

5. Month-End and Year-End Closing

- Perform month-end closing activities in SAP.
- Post accruals, provisions, and depreciation entries.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Support preparation of financial statements.

6. Taxation and GST Compliance





- Record GST-related transactions accurately.
- Verify input and output GST balances.
- Assist with GST reconciliation and tax reporting.
- Support statutory audits and tax compliance.

7. Fixed Asset Accounting

- Maintain fixed asset records in SAP.
- Record asset acquisitions, transfers, and disposals.
- Calculate and post depreciation.
- Reconcile fixed asset balances with the general ledger.

8. Financial Reporting

- Prepare trial balances, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
- Generate financial reports from SAP.
- Analyze expenses, revenue, and account balances.
- Provide financial data to management.

9. Audit and Internal Controls

- Provide supporting documents for internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
- Investigate accounting discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation and approval records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
