Job Summary

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR and administrative activities at the Commercial Interior Fit-Out Factory / Production. The role will primarily focus on labour and staff documentation, employee onboarding, attendance management, basic statutory compliance, wages coordination, and food and accommodation management. The candidate should have positive coordination, documentation and employee-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain labour and staff records, employee files and HR documentation.
- Handle joining formalities, onboarding and documentation of new employees.
- Maintain attendance records through biometric systems and monitor daily attendance.
- Coordinate leave, absenteeism, overtime and shift attendance records.
- Assist in wage processing, wage registers and monthly payroll coordination.
- Ensure basic statutory compliance and maintain relevant labour records.
- Manage food, accommodation and other employee welfare facilities.




- Coordinate with factory supervisors and production teams for manpower requirements.
- Maintain records of employee details, new joiners, exits and other HR activities.
- Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR-related concerns.
- Coordinate with contractors regarding labour attendance, documentation and wage details, wherever applicable.
- Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

- Any Graduate

Experience

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR Administration / Factory HR.
- Experience in factory, manufacturing, production or construction environments preferred.
- Knowledge of labour documentation, attendance, wages and basic statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with biometric attendance systems.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including data management, attendance tracking, wage sheets and HR reports.
