We are seeking a hands-on Technical Projects Manager to oversee site execution, handle client technical coordination, build accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), manage OEM procurement, and secure signed Joint Measurement Records (JMR) for project billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Execution & Supervision: Lead site installation, piping, cabling, and panel integration for Gas Suppression (FM200 / Novec 1230 / CO2), Gas Leak Detection, Fire Doors, Fire Damper Work, Fire Hydrant Systems, Fire Extinguishers, Evacuation Signages, Emergency Lighting Systems, Signages and Addressable Fire Alarm systems.
- JMR & Billing Clearance: Conduct physical site measurements with client engineers and secure signed Joint Measurement Records (JMR) and Work Completion Certificates (WCC).
- Testing & Commissioning: Lead Final testing, and final system handovers.
- Estimation & Sourcing:
Read MEP drawings to prepare accurate BOQs, send RFQs to suppliers/OEMs, negotiate prices, and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
Requirements:
- B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Safety Engineering.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Fire Protection / MEP project execution and estimation.
- Proficient in reading and doing correction in CAD layouts and technical specs.
- Must possess a two-wheeler for site visits.
- Must posses a dual SIM Mobile Phone
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
