Internship Highlights

- Position: Graduate Intern – Business Advisory & Corporate Compliance
- Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu (Work from Office)
- Duration: 6 Months
- Monthly Stipend: Up to ₹10,000
- After full Convertion (Salary: Up to ₹2,00,000/- Per Annum

✅ Corporate Secretarial & Company Law – Company incorporation, ROC filings, corporate governance and statutory compliance.

✅ Business Advisory & Consulting – Business formation, restructuring, regulatory advisory and consulting assignments.

✅ Trademark & Intellectual Property – Trademark registration, brand protection and IPR-related processes.

✅ Finance & Business Operations – Business documentation, financial reporting fundamentals, invoicing and operational processes.

✅ Audit & Regulatory Compliance – Secretarial audits,



due diligence, compliance reviews and statutory reporting.

✅ Emerging Advisory Services – Exposure to ESG, sustainability, business licensing, franchise consulting and other growing advisory areas.

✅ Qualified & Digital Skills – Client communication, business correspondence, documentation, Excel, research and technology-enabled workflows.

Training and assignments will be allocated progressively based on learning, aptitude and business requirements.

Who Can Apply?

- Final-year students and fresh graduates.
- B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA / BA and other relevant disciplines.
- Students interested in business, management, finance, corporate law and consulting.
- Candidates with good communication skills, discipline and a willingness to learn.
- Prior work experience is not required.
