Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and review candidates' resumes (CVs) to understand their technical skills, qualifications, and experience.
- Search for relevant IT job openings through various job portals and company career websites.
- Match client resumes with suitable job requirements.
- Complete online job application forms accurately on behalf of clients.
- Submit resumes to relevant IT job openings through different job portals.
- Ensure all application details are accurate and meet client requirements.
- Maintain daily application reports and track submission activities.
- Meet daily application targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers with a bachelor's degree are welcome.
- BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science), and B.Tech (Computer Science) candidates preferred.
- Basic understanding of computers and IT terminology.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, internet browsing, and online job portals.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.
Salary & Benefits
