Job Summary

We are hiring Civil Supervisors for a leading construction company in Oman. The selected candidates will be responsible for supervising daily civil construction activities, coordinating site workers, and ensuring that all work is completed according to project drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate and manage workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain construction quality and safety standards.
- Report site progress and work-related issues to management.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and construction materials.

Requirements

- Basic educational qualification.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.




- Basic understanding of civil construction activities.
- Ability to coordinate workers and supervise site activities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work at construction project sites in Oman.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: Rs 55,414.58 – Rs 67,728.93 per month (based on interview).
- Duty Hours: 9 hours + 1-hour break.
