1. Outbound Calling Executives
Qualification: 10th Pass / PUC / Any Degree Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain pest control services and treatment packages.
- Generate leads for residential, commercial, hotel, apartment and corporate services.
- Follow up with existing and new customers.
- Schedule customer appointments and service inspections.
- Maintain daily calling and lead reports.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Kannada and basic English knowledge.
- Hindi is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
2. Team Leaders – Telecalling
Qualification: PUC / Any Degree Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling or sales preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the outbound calling team.
- Allocate daily calling targets.
- Monitor team performance and lead conversions.
- Train and guide new employees.
- Handle important customer queries.
- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure achievement of team targets.
Required Skills:
- Leadership and team management.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.
3. Sales Executives / Sales Team
Qualification: 10th Pass / PUC / Any Degree Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate current business opportunities.
- Visit apartments, hotels, hospitals, offices, industries and commercial establishments.
- Explain pest control services and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).
- Meet customers and collect business requirements.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-handling ability.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
- Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred for field sales.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
