Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and offers confidently.
- Convert interested prospects into paying customers.
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

Skills & Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Interest in sales, business development, and customer acquisition.




- Confident personality with a positive and target-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle customer queries and sales objections.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply! Candidates with prior sales or telecalling experience will have an added advantage.

Job Details

- Position: Business Growth Executive
- Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
- Location: West Delhi
