Job Title: SAP / EDP Operator

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented SAP / EDP Operator to manage daily data entry, SAP transactions, billing activities, MIS reporting and documentation. The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel and hands-on experience in SAP software, particularly in working and billing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily working, data entry and billing activities in SAP software.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Generate operational reports using MS Excel.
- Maintain records of invoices, stock, transactions and other operational data.
- Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Filters and Charts.
- Maintain existing software programs and identify and communicate technical issues.
- Prepare and maintain proper documentation of software-related activities and operational records.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of all data and reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse, accounts and operations teams for billing and data-related activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Proficiency in VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Filters and Charts.
- Hands-on experience in SAP software is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SAP working and billing processes.
- Good data entry and report preparation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience & Salary
- Preferred experience: 1–3 years in SAP / EDP operations.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
