Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and supervise security guards and security staff.

2. Ensure proper security arrangements at all project sites and office premises.

3. Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles and materials.

4. Maintain security registers, attendance and daily incident reports.

5. Ensure proper functioning of CCTV cameras and other security systems.

6. Handle emergencies, theft, disputes and security-related issues.

7. Coordinate with local police and emergency services whenever required.

8. Conduct regular security inspections and ensure discipline among security personnel.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

* 5–8 years of experience in security management.

* Experience in real estate, construction or facility management preferred.

* Robust leadership and team management skills.

* Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

* Knowledge of security procedures, CCTV monitoring and emergency handling.
