Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) based in Kolkata to support a large-scale recruitment project involving the hiring of 500+ electricians for Mumbai.

The candidate will be responsible for field-level sourcing, identifying potential candidates, building local networks, and generating a consistent pipeline of electricians willing to work in Mumbai.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in the field, meeting people, visiting local markets, and sourcing candidates through multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit 500+ electricians for job opportunities in Mumbai.
- Conduct field visits to identify and connect with electricians in Kolkata and nearby areas.
- Visit electrical markets, ITIs, polytechnics, training institutes, labour hubs, and local communities to generate candidate leads.
- Build relationships with electricians, contractors, electrical vendors, and local referral networks.
- Explain job opportunities, salary packages, incentives, and working conditions to potential candidates.
- Collect candidate details, verify experience, and maintain a database of interested electricians.
- Coordinate interviews, document collection, and onboarding with the recruitment team.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure they are interested and willing to relocate to Mumbai.
- Achieve daily and monthly sourcing targets.
- Submit regular reports on candidate leads, follow-ups, confirmed joinings, and recruitment progress.
- Explore new sourcing channels to increase recruitment numbers and reduce hiring costs.





Candidate Requirements

- Graduate or undergraduate candidates with robust communication and networking skills.
- Experience in recruitment, field sales, manpower sourcing, or business development will be preferred.
- Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and meeting candidates in person.
- Strong local knowledge of Kolkata and nearby areas.
- Ability to build networks and convince candidates about job opportunities.
- Good negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel locally for candidate sourcing.

Electrician Job Details

The BDE will source electricians for the following opportunities:

- Job Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
- Total Requirement: 500+ Electricians
- Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
- Additional Benefits: Performance-based incentives
- Experience: As per project requirements
- Joining: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Mumbai.
