Job Summary

Fillip Technology is looking for an experienced and technically skilled Senior IT Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in server and system administration, operating systems, network services, user account management, data backup, patch management, and security monitoring. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring system availability, maintaining IT security, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, configure, and maintain servers, systems, and IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Perform system administration activities across Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Monitor server health, system performance, storage utilization, and network services.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, authentication, and security policies.
- Configure and maintain network services, including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and related infrastructure services.
- Implement and monitor regular data backup, restoration, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Perform operating system updates, security patches, software upgrades, and routine maintenance.
- Monitor system logs, security alerts, and infrastructure activities to identify potential threats or vulnerabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server, operating system, connectivity, and system performance issues.
- Maintain IT security controls, antivirus solutions, firewalls, and access management practices.
- Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and infrastructure security.
- Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, asset records,



and IT operational reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT infrastructure support and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance to junior IT support staff and coordinate IT-related activities.
- Recommend improvements to enhance infrastructure performance, reliability, and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- BE/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT administration, system administration, or infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
- Hands-on experience in server configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of network services such as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and TCP/IP.
- Experience in user account management, access control, and system security.
- Practical knowledge of backup management, data recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Experience in operating system patching, updates, and vulnerability management.
- Understanding of security monitoring, system logs, antivirus, and firewall management.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is an advantage.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and cloud administration is an added advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication, documentation, and team coordination skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
