About the Role

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day functioning of the Kerala office. This includes overseeing project delivery, manpower planning, team performance, resource allocation, quality control, client coordination, recruitment support, operational processes, and business support. You will need strong experience in MEP / BIM / Engineering project environments and the ability to manage both people and project operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Branch Operations: Ensure the smooth functioning of Kerala operations and efficient workflows by monitoring daily activities, project requirements, and manpower resources.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support the local team by setting clear responsibilities, conducting team meetings, monitoring productivity, and addressing performance appraisals and development.
- Project Delivery: Ensure adherence to BIM, engineering, documentation, and quality standards (QA/QC processes). Oversee project scheduling, workload management, and risk identification.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Support management in client communications, align internal teams with client requirements, resolve project concerns, and build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Business Support: Assist with capacity planning, identify efficiency and productivity improvements,



support manpower and operational cost requirements, and help develop scalable operational systems.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain regular operational reports (project status, manpower, attendance, utilization, workload, quality, challenges).

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Management, or a related discipline.
- 8 to 12+ years of qualified experience, preferably in MEP, BIM, engineering consultancy, design, or construction environments.
- Proven track record of managing teams and day-to-day operations.
- Strong understanding of project delivery and resource management, with a preference for experience managing multidisciplinary MEP teams.
- Familiarity with MEP/BIM workflows and Revit/Navisworks environments.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- Construction: 9 years (Preferred)
- BIM: 5 years (Required)
