We are looking for an experienced sales professional who knows how to close high-ticket digital marketing deals and build long-term client relationships.

Who We're Looking For

- High-ticket B2B Services

You should be confident speaking with business owners, CEOs, founders, doctors, lawyers, real estate companies, eCommerce brands, manufacturers, and other decision-makers.

Responsibilities

You will manage the complete sales process, including:

- Contacting qualified leads
- Understanding client requirements
- Conducting discovery calls
- Scheduling and leading Google Meet presentations
- Explaining our SEO strategies and services
- Handling objections professionally
- Following up until the deal is closed




- Negotiating pricing where appropriate
- Coordinating with the internal team after onboarding
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Building long-term client relationships
- Achieving monthly revenue targets

You will own the client journey from the first conversation through successful onboarding.

Required Skills

- 2–5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Sales
- Robust understanding of SEO and digital marketing
- Experience selling monthly retainers
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills
- Confident in Google Meet and Zoom presentations
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent follow-up discipline
- CRM experience is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-driven

Compensation StructureInitial Evaluation Period (First 3 Months)

This is a performance-based evaluation period.

There is no fixed salary during the first 3 months.

Instead, you will earn:

- 10% commission on every client you successfully close.
- Commission applies only after the client completes payment.
- Your commission will be transferred on the same day that Growth Hives receives the client's payment.





If you consistently perform well during this evaluation period and meet our expectations, you will be offered a full-time position with a fixed monthly salary along with performance incentives.
