Job Title: RECRUITER

Payout: Upto 22,000/m (also we are providing incentives based on performance.)

Job Type: Full-time (11:00 AM -5:00PM)—MONDAY TO FRIDAY

Location: In office

Job Responsibilities:

 Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

 Create and publish job ads on careers pages, job boards, and social media.

 Screen resumes and job applications.

 Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.

 Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.

 Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.

 Maintain candidate databases (via IRECRUIT & ZINGHR).

 And train the candidates, teach grooming, work them efficiently & promote them etc.

 Prepare recruitment reports and provide metrics.

 Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.





MBA in HR is often preferred (which you have).

Proven work experience as a recruiter (either in-house or in an agency) is a plus.

Familiarity with recruitment practices, sourcing techniques, and labour legislation.

Key Skills:

▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

▪ Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.

▪ Knowledge of job portals (e.g., Naukri, indeed, LinkedIn).

▪ Time management and organizational skills.

▪ Familiarity with HR software and databases.

▪ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
