Opportunity Overview
Pinnacle Xplore Tutoring is seeking skilled, student-centered Online Science Tutors to support learners following the US high school curriculum. The role covers Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, with a preference for candidates who can teach all three subjects. Successful candidates should have strong subject knowledge, clear communication skills, and the ability to explain scientific concepts through engaging virtual instruction. Tutors will help students develop conceptual understanding, scientific reasoning, problem-solving skills, and confidence through individualized teaching and learning plans.
Essential Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physics/ Chemistry/ Biology/ Life Science Education, or a closely related discipline.
- Candidates with strong equivalent subject expertise may also be considered.
- Strong subject knowledge in the relevant science subject(s), aligned with the US high school curriculum (Grades 9–12).
Essential Experience:
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience in high school Physics, Chemistry, or Biology, preferably through one-to-one or small-group instruction.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Ability to teach all three subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience in teaching the US high school curriculum, including AP-level science, is an advantage.
Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹600.00 per hour
