What you will do

 Providing exceptional customer service to every client, ensuring they receive personalized

attention and assistance throughout their shopping experience

 Actively engaging with clients through outreach initiatives and creative events to drive sales

and expand the customer base

 Staying in touch after the sale through aftercare visits, linen and accessories, and repeat

purchases, as much of our business comes from returning clients and referrals

 Serving as a brand ambassador for Hästens, promoting our products and services with

enthusiasm and professionalism

 Selling the Hästens wellbeing story rather than a product: understanding the client’s life,

needs and sleep before recommending a solution

 Setting the standard for colleagues in customer service and sales performance





 Ensuring the Hästens store environment is welcoming, organized, and visually appealing to

enhance the shopping experience

 Taking part in Hästens training and coaching on client relationships and selling

 Continuously seeking opportunities for self-improvement and staying updated on industry

trends and product knowledge to better serve clients

What you bring

 Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

 Sales experience with demonstrated success in a sales-driven environment, preferably

within luxury retail or another high-touch, client-facing sector (hospitality, automotive,

wellness, luxury real estate), and with a track record of achieving sales targets

 CRM experience

 Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with the initiative to seek out new

opportunities and drive business growth

 Customer service excellence

 Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Ability to listen attentively to clients' needs and offer tailored solutions

 Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate product

features and benefits, as well as build rapport with clients

 Fluent in the local language, and able to communicate clearly and confidently in English

 Ability to cultivate trusting relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering loyalty and

collaboration

 Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the

needs of the business and clients

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
